Planet Wave Pedal Tuner
Learn About The Planet Wave Pedal Tuner In This Gear Review!
Overview
Tuner pedals are great for playing live because you just step on them and your guitar is muted so the audience doesn’t have to listen to you tune. The Planet Waves Chromatic Pedal Tuner has two different tuning modes and a pretty giant display so you can see what is going on clearly. The Boss TU2 is probably this tunes biggest competitor. The only real difference that I see between the 2 is the large display. It’s nice for gigs that are dark or if your eyes aren’t so good.

Just a little less money that it’s competition.
Sound Quality - 8/10
It’s quiet when it’s on so that’s great!
Build Quality - 7/10
This pedal seems rugged enough but I have heard rumors of the switch that holds the pedal part down can break quite easily. Only time will tell.

Great pedal. I’ve been using a Boss TU2 for years. This one does all of the same things but the display is brighter and easier to read.
